DariaParsi was founded by a young Iranian entrepreneur who grew up watching pistachio orchards stretch across Kerman's sun-baked landscape — and who understood, early on, that Iran's best product deserved better access to the world.
Kerman province produces some of the finest pistachios on earth. The soil is mineral-rich, the climate is extreme in all the right ways, and the growers carry generations of knowledge in their hands. What was missing was a direct bridge to international buyers — one built on transparency, consistency, and genuine relationships.

We don't buy from wholesale markets and add another margin. We work directly with our grower network, walking the orchards, agreeing on quality standards at source, and ensuring that what leaves Kerman is exactly what our buyers ordered. No surprises, no substitutions.

Origin
Kerman province in southeastern Iran is not just where most of Iran's pistachios come from — it's where the world's best pistachios come from. The region accounts for more than 60% of Iran's total pistachio production, and its combination of altitude, arid climate, and mineral-rich soil creates a flavour profile that competitors simply cannot replicate.
When buyers across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East specify "Iranian pistachio," they mean Kerman. And that's exactly where we are.
